** Terms and Conditions** *Be aged 17 or older *Hold a valid UK (provisional, full or an appropriate foreign licence) This must be produced on your first driving session as it’s a legal requirement. *Cancellation/policy -we require 48 hours notice for cancellations (lessons/ driving test) as we do have 48 hours cancellation and changes policy, if you do not give 48 hours notice of cancellation then you will be charged for the lesson in full. *Payments must be made prior to the start of the training session, If payment is not received we reserve the right to cancel the lessons/training. *Instructors reserve the full right to withhold the use of their tuition vehicle for a driving test if the pupil is not test ready. *Instructors reserve the right to rearrange lessons at short notice in the event of mechanical breakdown or other difficulty outside their control. ***By booking on any of our courses, driving lessons or car hire for the test you agree to abide by our terms and conditions.*** *
